Pool

With our semi-Olympic indoor pool, you can relax and swim while enjoying the views over the lake and adjoining garden. The pool temperature is maintained at 28°C.

Water aerobics and aqua cycling classes are regularly organised.

Wellness

You can round off your relaxation programme with a spell in the sauna near the pool. Our snack bar "La Mouette" is ideal for staving off the hunger pangs.

Fitness

Whether wishing to keep in shape or follow a complete routine, look no further than our gym: a selection of weight machines is available, which you can use to perform a wide range of exercises.

Our instructor will show you how to use the equipment properly.

Furthermore, the flower-adorned quays of Montreux offer several kilometres of tranquillity for a run or healthy walk.
