The Biotonus Centre proposes a personalised treatment plan overseen by our team of doctors, nurses and dieticians. This will help change your eating habits and improve your lifestyle. Upon arrival, you will undergo a full medical check-up followed by a consultation with one of our dieticians after first recording your eating history and assessing your body composition by means of a bioelectrical impedance analysis (to measure the percentage of fat-free mass and body fat) in order to identify your main eating mistakes. A special diet will be specifically devised according to your needs.

During your stay, you will also receive psychological support, targeted nutritional training, relaxation and body care, and regular physical activity. All our services will help tone and firm your body.
