Lymphatic Drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage is a soft massaging technique that stimulates lymph circulation and detoxifies the organism while strengthening the immune system.

It regenerates and nourishes the tissues treated, and facilitates lymphatic circulation, thus providing overall relaxation to the body. Manual lymphatic drainage is done with the fingers and the palm of the hand over the entire body by following the direction of lymphatic circulation and applying pressure that intensifies gradually and that diminishes in the same manner.

Due to its preventive and curative action, manual lymphatic drainage is particularly recommended for:

  • Rheumatism, arthritis
  • Oedemas, inflitration
  • Scars, haematoma, contusions
  • Acne, eczema, blotches, burns, etc
  • Circulation disorders (heavy legs, cellulite, etc...)
  • Constipation
  • Colds, Sinusitis
  • Headaches, migraines
  • Stress, depression, insomnia, etc...
